1. Services

Vantra provides business technology services including AI consulting, workflow automation, and custom software delivery. Project scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information required for discovery and delivery.
• Give timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
• Use delivered systems in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are defined in the applicable project contract.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees, billing milestones, and payment terms are set out in your project proposal or agreement. Late payments may pause work until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Warranties and Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
